Why Attorneys Refer to Us
Our strengths only matter once they become your client's, and yours.
Your Client Is Never in Rookie Hands When you refer a client, the full experience of our team goes on their file. They are never one busy agent's afterthought, and nothing falls through the cracks while you focus on the case.
We Protect the Number Your Case Hinges On Our in-house marketing presents the home at its best, and our negotiation experience defends the final number. In the matters you handle, that number often shapes the legal outcome itself.
You Stay Informed, Start to Finish We keep you in the loop the entire way, move on your client's timeline, and never put a transaction ahead of doing right by them. We support your role, we do not replace it.
A Partner Is on Every File, Personally Every listing we take has a partner involved first-hand, not supervising from a distance, but actually on the file. So your client's sale always has a senior, accountable owner from day one, and you always have a principal you can pick up the phone and reach. Your referral never gets handed off and forgotten.

What Guides Every Client We Serve
Our mission, vision, values, and beliefs are not a wall plaque. They are the standard your referral is held to from the first call to the closing table.
A Team Chosen on Purpose This is also how we choose our team. Every full-time agent at Integrity Core Realty is hand-selected against these values, their years in the business, and the way they show up for clients under pressure. We work as a boutique team bridge, which means no one operates in a silo, and we have no solo agents and no weekend warriors. So the person handling your client's home was chosen for this, not just available for it.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Do you pay referral fees to attorneys?
No. We never pay or accept fees for referrals, and we would never ask you to. RESPA and New York's attorney ethics rules do not allow it, and our relationships are built on trust and good work, not payments. When you send us a client, the only thing you are handing them is a resource you believe in.
What kinds of situations do you handle?
We focus on the home sales that come up inside legal matters: divorce, probate and estate sales, foreclosure and pre-foreclosure, and the downsizing that often follows elder law planning. We also handle every other property type your client might be selling or buying, from co-ops and condos to multifamily and luxury homes.
How do you handle sensitive or emotional clients?
With patience and discretion. Many of the people you refer are going through the hardest moment of their life, so we meet them where they are, move at a pace they can handle, and keep the process calm. How your client is treated reflects on the firm that referred them, and we take that seriously.
Will I be kept informed during the sale?
Yes. You get clear, regular updates and a single point of contact who knows the situation. You should never have to chase us for a status, and you should never be surprised by something happening with the house.
Do you work around court and legal timelines?
We do. Probate, divorce, and foreclosure all run on deadlines that do not move, and we plan the sale around them rather than against them. If a closing needs to land before or after a specific date, tell us early and we will build to it.
Can you work with clients in other languages?
Yes. Our team works in multiple languages, so your client can make a major decision in the language they are most comfortable using, with nothing lost in translation.
What if my client just needs information, like what their home is worth?
Then that is all we will give them. You and your clients are welcome to come to us for a straight answer, a current value on a property, a read on the market, or a sense of the available options, with no obligation to list and no sales pressure. Sometimes the most useful thing we do for an attorney's client is simply help them understand where they stand, so the two of you can make a clearer decision. If they never become a client, that is completely fine. The relationship matters more to us than any single transaction.
How do we start working together?
Reach out and we will set up a short conversation about the clients you serve and how we can support them. There is no formal commitment, just a resource you can call on when a case involves a home.
