Patsy Tiu is one of the most amazing and professional realtors we have ever met, and we know a lot of them. We called her when we had to sell our parents house fast. They had passed away and had a reverse mortgage to pay off. Patsy was always available, no matter when we reached out. If she couldn't speak at that moment, it was a call back soon after. She never made us wait. She guided us through the entire process, as we were in the middle of the pandemic and all the rules had changed. She had us do two open houses only a day apart, which yielded us over 50 valid offers to review. We asked her opinion, and whilst we weren't 100% sure, we trusted her completely. She made sure that her people qualified the buyers as well, and continued to the deal. From the day we listed the house, to closing was less than 8 weeks, and an enormous amount over what our asking price was. No matter where in the NY area, we will always recommend Patsy. ..but buying a house with Marie as your agent is a blessing. First she showed us not only the houses we asked for layered to us and found us the right house.
